Bio

This journal is an expression of the inward turmoil voice for outward expression. It's my attempt to turn the convoluted and often depressed thoughts into creative expression. It's also a way of perhaps articulating the thoughts of others who can relate. Basically it's following the mantra that out of depression can come creativity and seeing the light at the end of the metaphoric 'death' that can sometimes occur when you're coming out of a low point in life.
